LocalPlug helps nearby buyers and informal sellers discover each other, place orders, communicate, and arrange delivery or collection. Sellers are responsible for the products, prices, availability, quality, collection details, and delivery fulfilment they offer.

• Use accurate account and contact information.
• Keep your login secure and do not share access to your account.
• Do not use LocalPlug for illegal, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• LocalPlug may suspend or restrict accounts, listings, orders, reviews, or chats that appear unsafe or violate these terms.

• Check seller details, location, product information, availability, and delivery or collection options before ordering.
• Use accurate delivery or collection instructions when placing an order.
• Pay the seller using the selected method, such as Cash or EFT, unless the order is cancelled or otherwise agreed.
• Use chat and reviews honestly and respectfully.

• Keep shop name, location, phone number, collection instructions, products, prices, stock, and open status accurate.
• Only list products you are allowed to sell and can reasonably fulfil.
• Respond to orders and messages in good faith.
• Understand that seller shop location is public so buyers can decide whether to order, collect, or request delivery.

Orders may be for delivery or collection depending on seller setup. Distance and delivery fees are estimates unless the seller confirms otherwise. Current LocalPlug payment labels such as Cash or EFT describe the hand-off method between buyer and seller.

Reviews and chat should be truthful, relevant, and respectful. LocalPlug may remove content that is abusive, spammy, fraudulent, unsafe, or unrelated to marketplace activity.
