How To Request Deletion
- Email LocalPlug from the email address linked to your account, or contact us on WhatsApp using the phone number linked to your account.
- Include your full name, account email or phone number, and whether you use LocalPlug as a buyer, seller, or both.
- If you are a seller, include your shop name so we can identify the correct seller profile.
- We may ask for verification before deleting data so another person cannot delete your account without permission.
What May Be Deleted
- Account profile information and login-linked profile data.
- Buyer profile data and seller profile data.
- Seller shop details and inactive listings where deletion is possible.
- Support records that are no longer needed.
What May Be Kept
Some order, chat, review, admin, payment label, delivery, collection, fraud prevention, safety, tax, or legal records may be retained where required to protect users, resolve disputes, meet legal duties, or preserve marketplace integrity.
